High Noon (2000).  Portrays Rudy, Hadleyville's friendly barkeep. Unfortunately, he's friendlier with the bad guys than the town's marshal, Will Kane.  Result: Loss of a few friends.

Pretty gosh darn good remake of the 1952 classic.  Well scripted, acted, and produced. The tension builds nicely.
